LATTEPIÙ THE DIGITAL CONFERENCE ABOUT DAIRY SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
The first digital conference of the Italian dairy sector will be held from 24 to 26 May 2022, on the current issues of the economic, digital and ecological transition.
60 experts will be involved in 12 sessions, divided over 3 days to analyze the news of the sector and the topics of greatest interest.
May 24 will be the day of markets, threats and opportunities, the criteria of sustainable nutrition, the enhancement of Italian butter and the reflections of the world leaders: Mengniù, Amul, FrieslandCampina, Dairy UK, Dairy Farmers of America, Global Dairy Platform.
On May 25th it will be opened with a round table on the theme of “similar cheeses”. In-depth analysis will follow on the block chain and on non-fungible digital works, then we will talk about the progress of science and technology and issues related to dairy training.
The morning of May 26 will be dedicated to the ecological transition, animal welfare, energy transition and also sustainable packaging.
